Rita Lester CYT is a Newfoundland and Labrador 'Community Based' Yoga Teacher and, since 1998, has been designing/delivering Relaxation Yoga for the Community, Workplaces, Schools and Healthcare Settings.
Rita is currently offering a Weekly Live Online Program; Community Classes for the City of St Johns and, upon request, Private or Group Classes in St. John's and Brigus Junction Areas.
About Relaxation Yoga...
Relaxation Yoga is a Slow-Paced Practice incorporating Mindfulness, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates and Somatics.
Classes are Inclusive and Suitable for both Beginners and those with Prior Experience.

The wave forgets the truth that it is ocean, thinking itself To be the grand shape, which it has temporarily taken. For a while, it takes on the rupa (form) of wave. Finally, it remembers it's true rupa (form) of ocean. The two coexist, though one is true, and the other, though beautiful, is only relatively true. So too, we humans forget our true nature, but, through yoga, can remember.
